About License Keys: Some modules cannot use MivaCentral license key(s) generated and emailed to you. You will need to convert the key you received from MivaCentral. To convert the key, you will need to navigate to southbound.com. Create an account if you haven't already. When signed into your account, click on the convert license link, enter the requested information and click save. Your MivaCentral key will validate and you will be emailed a new license key from idslicensekey.com, which is southbound's license server domain. Any key ordered through southbound.com or idslicensekey.com will not need to be converted.
